If you are passionate about photography, then you surely have a large number of photos stored on your computer. It's impossible to have all these photos taken in the best conditions possible, so some of them might be a bit blurry or darker than normal. In order to fix these problems, you could use Adobe Photoshop, which is the most known application for correcting and editing photos. Unfortunately, Photoshop has some downsides, as it's expensive, difficult to use and takes up a lot of hardware resources.

On the other hand, GWDView is a simple Windows program which allows you to correct and edit any photo, in a very easy way, without taking up too many system resources. The interface resembles the one of Windows Explorer and allows the user to quickly find the desired photos, which require correcting. After selecting a certain photo, the user will be able to add various effects and corrections to it, like motion blur, sharpness and even an histogram correction. What's more, the user can add various text to images, to be sure that nobody will use them illegally.

GWDView includes a batch mode, which can edit and correct large number of photos at the same time, with just a few mouse clicks. Besides that, corrected images can either be saved as regular image files or as icons, which can be then assigned to any kind of program shortcut. The image format support is quite impressive and comprehensive and covers almost all the formats available today.
